I checked the rules and I saw that Shaymin Sky is banned however i didnt notice anything regarding the land form, so I was wondering if is also banned ?

Hello Ta7esh,

 

both Shaymin forms are currently banned, Shaymin Sky because its UBER and Shaymin Land because it is bugged. It can obtain illegal moves like every TM, Flamethrower/Icebeam etc.

We will unban it the second it is fixed.
