The NPC that was created was in fact a one-time only NPC that could change your mount only once. However, as you said that you have already used that change, and that the NPC is not available anymore as Breezy has officially closed, we cannot provide any further change. I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but i hope as well that you can understand that if we would offer the change to you then a lot of other players would ask the same, not only for the togekiss mount but as well for any other item that could be traded through NPC in change of something (e.g jetski).
