This isn't an exact bug as that Bisharp doesn't really have that ability all the time. This unusual ability is caused by the move Role Play as when Bisharp uses it he will get the ability of the Pokemon he's facing, so when the user links it in the chat it will appear the ability it has in the battle, do note that when that bisharp is facing another pokemon in another battle after he used role play it will restore his original ability.
