I have a problem when I arrive in Gourdon in jagged pass , i have a connexion lost.

When i am loggin there was no pnj and i talk to groudon he disappeared. My problem is in Lylycove city

i can not go to the cave where the plasma team because officier Han tell this:

" Wa have received reports about the recent incident.The base is now under futher investigation. No one is to interrupt untill the mass from jagged pass are cleared."

Please help me i am blocked.
