Heatran Quest Wiki Out of Date - Need to Delevel Poke

I was looking up guides on how to do the Heatran quest because I had just beaten the Sinnoh E4 and wanted to catch my first legendary. I google a bit and find something on the PRO wiki (https://prowiki.info/index.php?title=Heatran_Quest ) which tells me to bring a level 60 OR BELOW pokemon to get in. I spent the entire next day getting a decent gabite and EV training/leveling to 60 only to find out the level cap is 59, not 60. Prior to this, I didn't know that the PRO wiki was fan-run, so trusted all of its information to be true (although the level 60 cap was corroborated with another source (https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/71445-url )). Is there any way a staff member can help me delevel my pokemon by one level?

EDIT: Disregard, have since posted on delevel megathread

Hey ChrisAn2,

I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

The maximum possible level should still be 60, there was no change made. Could you send a screenshot how you aren't be able to enter the cave with your level 60 Pokémon?

It may be possible that a bug occurred.

Hey ChrisAn2,

it seems you do not hit the requirements to enter the cave. Keep in mind that besides the level 60 restriction there is a 150 hour requirement, but region specific. That means you need 150 hours play time since you started Sinnoh. You can check your Sinnoh hours by talking to Prof Rowan in Sandgem Town.

From my information you should have around 68 Sinnoh hours.

Let me know if you have any further questions in this subject.

Regards Xylos
