    I'm sorry for any inconveniences caused.

    The servers sometimes experience technical difficulties leading them to crash, they both should be back up now and ready to play. And unfortunately for you Karan3 there's not much we can do about your BCC but to wait for the global reset at 00:00 GMT+0, even if we do it would be unfair for those who were also affected by server crashes and didn't receive any compensation for their money or progress.

     

    Our developers are constantly improving the game in order to have the less inconveniences while playing it, so please be patient and I hope you understand. Any upcoming announce about new features, changes and downtimes will be said in our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD so please tune in so you won't miss any news and downtimes. You could also type ^up in the #bot-commands channel to check the server status.

     

    As the issue has been solved I'll proceed to close this thread.
