Pbnjwolf Posted June 2, 2019 Share Posted June 2, 2019 Im trying to get on pro but when i open the client it says there's no patch available for this client and then i click on both silver and gold server and it immediately says connection lost. i tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing seems to work. What is the issue? Hi @PBNJwolf I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the "there's no patch available" messages comes out just to inform you that your client is the latest and most updated one and doesn't need any update. Usually the message is hidden and can't be seen from players, however even if you are able to see that you should be able to log in the game without any problem since your client is the most updated one. The reason of why you were getting the "connection lost" error is because the server were down due to technical issue, however they are now back online and you should be able to log in the game without any problem. I would also like to inform you that crashes can still happen, even if our developers have reduced them a lot by applying several fixes. Nevertheless, our developers are working non-stop in order to completely fix the issues and minimize/avoid any possible crash. Many updates have been made already and others will follow, included the rework and complete re-implementation of python in PRO and as well fixes in the server code that should help to solve most of the issues and help to pinpoint the others.
