Can someone tell me why I can't evolve Pokemon, I lvl up until the correct lvl(for sure more than the requirements) but the Pokemon not evolve, I use evolve stone to evolve Pokemon but the same thing happen. Can someone tell me why?

For example I want to evolve Eevee to Vaporeon use water stone but the Eevee can't evolve. Why it's

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that it is possible that it was an error on our and and it should have now been fixed, since i can't replicate it.

Could you please try to evolve your pokemon again and tell me if you have been able to solve your issue?
