I would like to inform you that we have no open a megathread for these region-lock cases.

All you need to do is make a post in the REGION LOCK POKEMON MEGATHREAD and add the evidence of the agreement with the player where it is stated that the pokemon was just lent for a specific period and that the user agree to the deal.
