I would like to inform you that we do not handle these cases through third party people as we want to protect the privacy and sensitive information of our players. Therefore, as your friend is the one that lost the access to the account, could you please tell him to make a thread in the GENERAL COMPLAINT AREA using another account, even a new temporary one.
