Hello i was just wondering if you can deplete a Pokemon's ev because i messed up.

You can use the berries you get in game that lower sp def, def, attack, etc to lower the evs down to 0.

You can modify the evs of your pokemons as you want. To start to know how many evs you can have would be 510 evs per pokemon, and you can have max 252 evs per stat. If you for example putted evs in atk when you didnt want to put them there you can reduce this stat with a berrie. Check the following quote to know which berries reduce evs:

• Pomeg Berry – Lowers a Pokémon's HP by 10 EVs.
  
• Kelpsy Berry – Lowers a Pokémon's Attack by 10 EVs.
  
• Qualot Berry – Lowers a Pokémon's Defense by 10 EVs.
  
• Hondew Berry – Lowers a Pokémon's Special Attack by 10 EVs.
  
• Grepa Berry – Lowers a Pokémon's Special Defense by 10 EVs.
  
• Tamato Berry – Lowers a Pokémon's Speed by 10 EVs.
