Gdarch Posted June 18, 2019 Share Posted June 18, 2019 During a pvp ranked match, my opponent’s kingdra killed a pokemon then I sent my gardevoir with trace ability but it didn’t copy swift swim. However, when I start a match with gardevoir sent in first, it copies the opponent ability. Seems that there’s something wrong there. For a game without any form of toxicity. I tested the ability Trace as you mentioned in your report. And im glad to inform you the ability Trace is working properly right now. Did this bug happen more to you?, if is the case i would like suggest you to make a video to clarify the things a little more. Once again sorry for the inconvenience, The developers are reworking the battle from scratch right now, this is not a easy work and it can take a little because they are doing a new code for Moves, Abilities and Items because it is not possible anymore to work on the current code. What this means, the mostly of the currently bugs will be fixed with this new PvP update, but for that our Developers will need be fully concentrate on the rework. However, there is no ETA when this PvP update will come. If you would like further information about this i would like suggest you have a look this THREAD. Gardevoir copies the ability when sent in first place of a battle but not after a volt switch. My gardevoir is faster than his kingdra as you can see in picture. As i could see in the evidences you gave us that is a bug, unfortunately i have to inform you the currently Battle-PVP code will not be edited anymore. This decision was made to keep our Developers completly focused in the rework of the new Battle-PVP code. I hope you understand it.
