I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

After looking into your account it seems like Kaneki1610 has just 11 hours on the silver server. That means that if that's not the progress you're looking for, you're just mistaking account and therefore your progress is on another account.

With that said, are you sure that Kaneki1610 is your main account?
