I'm sorry for thin inconvenience.

There is currently a bug ongoing where Pokémon are saved differently. Your caught Tentacruels are affected by that. Our devs are already looking into this problem and will provide a solution as soon as possible. I will also try to keep you up to date at this topic.

However, your Swampert is not affected, it should be in your last box of your PC. Can you confirm that?
