Recently tried to log in to PRO and the moment I pressed the login button my screen froze for a minute and after a short while it unfroze and the screen said cannot connect to server. I was playing normally only a couple of days earlier (although from a different internet network). Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

The servers are crashing quite often due an error in the games server code. Its not just you but for everyone. The devs are trying to fix it

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

The servers were down due to technical difficulties of our server provider. However, they are were back online after not much time.

 

As the issue has been solved, I will now close this thread.
