I have caught a marill and a taillow which are in my PC, when i try to click and drag them into my roster nothing happens, and when looking, their region is "unknown" is there anything i can do to get this resolved? it looks to be happening to any pokemon i catch.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

 

There is a server code issue at the moment that it causing this bug.

Our developers are looking into it and it will be fixed soon.

 

To help the process, could you please tell me where you caught your Taillow and Marill? On what route precise?

they were caught on route 104, first patch of grass closest to petalburg if that helps.

 

Out of interest, ive been having an issue finding these pokemon in my box, 50% of the time the search doesn't find them either, is this related?

 

Any ideas on an ETA for fix?
