Hi, I believe I have found a bug where I cannot promote my members to officers within the guild. Can you please help me check what’s going on? Thanks! Btw, it keeps saying “You can not Promote this User any higher.”

The guild commands can bug out at times. I am not sure if it was resolved 100 percent fixed but what i do is i ask the person to restart the game and restart the game myself. After a few tries it seems to work

Oo I tried it but it’s still not working ughh I feel like the game still thinks I’m an Officer because I recently got promoted as Guild Leader. Must be a bug. I guess I’ll wait for a staff to fix it. Thanks for trying to help tho Sgarac(;

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that, after checking with our developers, it seems that the error is on our end.

Unfortunately I cannot give you any estimated time as for when it will be fixed, as for now they are currently working no-stop to solve all the server status issues, i hope you can understand.

We are unable as well to pass the guild leader to someone else and then pass it back to you, i'm sorry to disappoint you.

Once the issue will be solved, we will make an announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD , so please be patient in the while.
