Officer Jenny Guide

Greetings, Trainers.

In this guide you will learn how to pass all the Officer Jenny quests.

The locations of the Officer Jenny's are:

Viridian City, Pewter City, Cerulean City, Celadon City and Fuchsia City.

Viridian City

You can find Officer Jenny next to the Pokecenter

After you have spoken with her, she tells you the following 3 bounties that you have to complete:

Beat Bug Catcher Gerald
In the first quest we have to defeat Bug Catcher Gerald. You can find him in Viridian Forest, in the right upper corner (as you can see in this picture below):

After you defeated Bug Catcher Gerald you have to go back to Officer Jenny and inform her that you have beaten the Bug Catcher.
For beating Bug Catcher Gerald, Officer Jenny will give you a reward of 3.000 Pokedollars:

Clear Route 1 of Rattata
The second task Officer Jenny will ask you to do is to defeat the Rattata's in Route 1. As proof that you have beaten the Rattata's in route 1 you will have to give her the hair of 3 Rattata's.
You can get the Rattata hair with the the move Thief. Officer Jenny will give you 1x TM Thief for this quest:

After you get the hair of 3 Rattata's you have to go back to Officer Jenny and give it to her. For finishing this quest she will reward you with 5.000 Pokedollars:

Catch a Sentret

To finish the Officer Jenny quest in Viridian City, you have to catch a Sentret as a final task. Sentret spawns in route 1 during morning and day:

After you catch the Sentret you have to show it to Officer Jenny to get your reward,. This time you will be rewarded with 7.500 Pokedollars.
After you have completed this task, the Officer Jenny quest in Vermillion is finished.

Pewter City

Officer Jenny can be found next to the Pokecenter in Pewter city, also close to the Seismic toss tutor:

After you have spoken with her, she tells you the following 3 bounties that you have to complete:

Beat Brock
The first bounty consist of defeating Gym Leader Brock. I recommend you using a Grass- or Water-type Pokemon.
If you have chosen Pikachu or Charmander as a started, no worries. You can catch a Grass-type Pokemon in Viridian Forest (Budew for example).
After defeating Brock you will obtain the Gym Badge. You have to show the Gym Badge to Officer Jenny as proof of beating Brock and she will react with the following:

After this she will rewards us with 1.250 Pokedollars

Catch a Pikachu
In this bounty we have to catch a Pikachu and show it to Officer Jenny.
You can catch a Pikachu in Viridian Forest. Pikachu has a rarity of 5 in Viridian Forest and appears there all day.
After you catch one and show it to Officer Jenny she will reward you with 3.500 Pokedollars:

Teach a Pokemon the move Headbutt
In this bounty she will ask you to show her a pokemon with the move Headbutt.
You can find the Headbutt Tutor in the following place:
• Viridian Forest Maze -$2,000
After you show her a Pokemon with the move Headbutt, she will give you a reward of 5.000 Pokedollars and activate a secondary quest; Catch a Silcoon.

You can find a Silcoon by headbutting the trees in Pewter City (the threes have a sleeping emoji on them).
Do remember your Pokemon needs to have atleast 150 happiness to use the move Headbutt out of battle.
After you catch a Silcoon and show it Officer Jenny, she will reward you with 9.000 Pokedollars.
After you finish this fina task, you have succesfully finished the Officer Jenny quest in Pewter City.

Cerulean City

Officer Jenny can be found next to the Pokecenter:

After you have spoken with her, she tells you the following 3 bounties that you have to complete:

Effort Train a Pokemon
For the first bounty you need to EV train 50 points on one of your Pokemon. If you dont know what EVs are please check the following THREAD.
Officer Jenny recommends you to use Route 24. This is because Route 24 is a free EVs Zone. After you trained your Pokemon with at least 50 EVs and you showed it to her, she will congratulate you and reward you with 10.000 Pokedollars:

Teach a Pokemon Dig
In this bounty task she will ask you to show her a Pokemon with the move Dig. I recommend you to catch a Sandshrew and level it up to the level 30, because that is when it learns Dig.
After you show her a Pokemon with the move Dig, she will give you a Softsand. You will also get a 2nd task.

This quest consist of showing Officer Jenny 2 different type of Gems. You need to have a Pokemon that has atleast 150 happiness and Dig in the following digspots: Mt. moon, Route 3, Rock tunnel, Digget cave, Route 14 and Route 15. You can find the Gems in those Digspots.
After you get 2 different gems and show it to Officer Jenny she will reward you with a Big Pearl:

Catch a cute Clefairy
To complete this quest you will have to catch a Clefairy with the ability Cute cham.
You can catch the Clefairy in Mt. Moon.
After you get this Pokemon and show it to Officer Jenny she will reward you with 6.000 pokedollars and she will tell you a second task you have to fulfill:

The second task consist of giving the Clefairy we caught to a Schoolgirl called Laila. You can find her in the Vermillion library. After you give her the Clefairy you have to go back to Officer Jenny and she will reward you with 4.000 Pokedollars.

You have now succesfully finished the Officer Jenny quest in Cerulean City!

Celadon City

Officer Jenny can be found in front of the shopping center:

Officer Jenny has once again 3 bounties, where you have to help her with:

Fight Michael
A bad guy called Michael stole some items from the shopping center, Officer Jenny wants you to find this criminal.
She will ask you to battle him and return the items he has stolen. You can find the criminal in Route 17 (to access this route you need to have a Bike or Mount).
You will find him in the entrance of Route 17:

After you battled and defeated him, he will give you all the stolen items from the Shopping Center:

After you received the items back from Criminal Michael, head back to Officer Jenny and give the items back to her:

After you give her back the items she will reward you with 10.000 Pokedollars and a Bright powder for helping out.

Buy an HP UP
In the next Bounty task officer Jenny will ask you to buy an HP UP. You can buy this item in the shopping center on the 5th floor.
The scientist will sell the HP UP for a price of 8.000 pokedollars:

After you buy the HP UP you need to give it to Officer Jenny and she will reward you 14.000 Pokedollars for it:

With finishing the final task we've completed the Officer Jenny quest in Celadon City.

Fuchsia City

In Fuchsia City you can find Officer Jenny in front of the Safari:

She has 2 bounties open, both are related to the Safari zone:

Catch an Exeggcute in the Safari
Officer Jenny will ask you to show her a OT Exeggcute. The only way to catch an Exeggcute is by Safari. Officer Jenny will pay your Safari entry as she gifts you 7.000 Pokedollars at the start of the quest.
After you get an Exeggcute and give it to Officer Jenny she will reward you with another 7.000 Pokedollars:

Catch an Hidden Ability Nido
In this quest it doesn't matter which Nido you take it can be a Nidoran M/F or Nidorino/Nidorina.
You will need to catch a Nido with the ability Hustle (Hidden ability) for this bounty.
Catching a hidden ability Pokemon isn't the easiest, because you have a 5% chance of them being hidden abiity. Luckily Nido is a low tier Pokemon and really easy to catch.
Once you get the Nido and show it to Officer Jenny you wil get rewarded with 10.000 Pokedollars and 10 repeat balls for doing such a good job!

After completingis quest you will have completed the Officer Jenny of Fuchsia City, and all the Officer Jennys.
After completing this task you have finished the quest of Officer Jenny in Fuchsia. Right now you have finished the whole Officer Jenny quest!

Q. What can i do if I am still doing the Kanto story, but I want to start/finish the Officer Jenny quest?

A. I suggest you finish the Kanto story first, so afterwards you can do the Officer Jenny quest. You can check HERE for the Kanto walkthrough guide.

Q. I dont have any Pokemons that can learn Headbutt, what can I do?

A. You can get a Pokemon with Headbutt in Route 2. The Pokemon you should look for is Snubull but remember that it only appears at night time.

Q. For the quest to clear Rattata's from Route 1, I don't have a Pokemon that can learn the TM Thief.

A. Here you have a list of Pokemons to learn the TM Thief:

Butterfree, Beedrill, Pidgey, Pidgeotto, Pidgeot, Rattata, Raticate, Spearow, Fearow, Sandshrew and Sandslash.

Those pokemons are easy to get and learn the TM Thief.

Q. I learned dig to my Pokemon, but he refuses to use it. What to do?

A. That is because your pokemon requires a certain amount of Happiness to use the move Dig outside of battles. You need 150 happiness to use dig outside of battles. You can check your happiness by typing /happy 1-6 in the chat (1-6 is the slot of your Pokemon in your party).
