Hey there, unsure if this is the correct place to post and what details to give but will try to be as specific as possible.

 

On the gold server, bought a one use Safari time thing. Kept fleeing from all the battles until I got to the house to collect surf (didn’t want to waste time).

 

Started fighting a Wild Paras on the way back (heading to try to get a Bulbasaur in the other area). Immediately got frozen after the first attempt at attacking.

 

Freezing includes: not being able to use items, switch Pokemon, fight, or run.

I tried using the ReSync button multiple times and waiting a few minutes.

 

Usually ReSyncing and staying still for a while fixes this (it’s happened before but never for this long which is why I’m reporting it).

 

It’s been 5+ minutes now since I tried asking about quick fixes in the game chat (All, and Help). Safari Time ran out long ago, and I’m just kinda.. sat here stuck staring down a Wild Paras. *nvm game just kicked me, maybe I’m free now ?

 

Someone mentioned possibly being able to get refunded for the stuck Safari time but I have no way to prove it because the game kicked me for inactivity. I uh. Probably should’ve taken a picture before writing this. (Maybe there’s a way for staff to check chat logs ? Would’ve been around 18:00-18:30 GMT).

I don’t mind not getting refunded though because it was the lowest cost option. :’) Would greatly appreciate some insight into why this keeps happening and why it’s getting worse ? Are there any quick fixes ? Would going on the silver sever help ?

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to restore/refund your lost money/progress. This due to players who accepted their loss in the past, it would be unfair to refund it now because we didn't refund them aswell.

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose some of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a Rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, further action can not be taken for it.

I agree that the server has been unstable the last 2 week and so I understand the frustration/feelings certain players carry at the moment.

 

I would like to inform you that our developers are already working on solving these issues, but unfortunately it is not really easy and it can take up some time before they are solved.

For that reason there isn't really an ETA on when the servers will be fully stable.

But I would like to assur you our developers are aware of the issue and there will be an update soon where many things in the server code will be reworked and this should be enough to fix a lot of things.
