I just had to dc and lost 23 rating in battle because Every time i would switch it would show my opponent switch their poke into the one i would choose and my starting poke (jirachi) would stay on my side and when they would make a move it would show my jirachi use the move they would use vs them. I know i cant get rating back from that but hopefully you guys can fix so others dont run into the same bug

I am sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you and the loss of rating.

 

As you mentioned this is indeed a bug and it's supposed to not happen.
