In order to access this site, and download the client I had to use a VPN otherwise I get an error. I believe this is related to my ISP.

The VPN workaround does not seem to work when I load the game, the launcher no longer has the SSL error as it is loading but it will not connect to the server.

Any fixes?

Hi!

Yes I was able to fix this issue. I am with BT in the UK and they have a network protection feature that was not compatible with the website and game.

I had to log in and disable this (it was only an additional security feature) and I can now access the game alongside other previously blocked websites.

Another layer to my issue was being unable to login to the silver server after merging my accounts, changing my password fixed this.
