i need help to merge my account

 

Hi Analistapokemon,

 

Apologies for the inconvinience you've experienced. Last year we went from 3 servers down to 2 and because of this we merged Blue and Red servers into Silver and Yellow became Gold. Because of this you need to merge your Blue and Red account before being able to play on Silver server. This is simple enough to fix and should not take too long.

 

To merge your account you need to go into your dashboard found here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/

 

When you log on to your dashboard you will see your account details and then silver and gold servers below it. On the silver server part you will see that it has merge is required next to where it says silver server as seen in the screenshot below.

When you click on that you will get to choose whether to merge or split your accounts. To split the accounts you need 200 hours from both red and blue server. As you do not have this the only option you will have is the top option and to merge the two accounts. You will need to select which account you want as the main account. All money, coins, items, membership duration and playtime will be joined together from both accounts.

 

If after merging your account you get a invalid username/password you will need to reset your password selecting an alphanumerical one. This does not always happen but is known to happen on occassion as the password may get broken and not work anymore. You can change your password in your dashboard, it is under account details on the main page.
