So it just means you've been quite unlucky with Syncs. Good luck however in your future hunting. Im glad to inform you the ability synchronize is working correctly right now. Remember the ability synchronize doesnt have a 100% to get a pokemon with the same nature, this ability has a 50%. If you didnt find any Pokemon with the nature you're searching maybe you're having a bad luck, sorry i hope you get better luck from now.
