Try running it in compatibility mode.

If you do not know how to run in compatibility mode click the spoiler.

 

 

1. Right click on the program's shortcut, .exe file, or installation file.
   
2. Click on Properties.
   
3. Click on the Compatibility tab.
   
4. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box.
   
5. Click on the drop down menu arrow and select Windows XP.
   NOTE: Always pick the latest Windows version the program was written for to have a better chance of it running properly in Windows 7.
   
6. To Change the Privilege Level of the program - Check the Run this program as an administrator box to enable or disable this option.
   
7. Click on OK to apply the changes.
   
8. Now, double click on the program's shortcut, .exe file, or installation file to start the installation.
   
9. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

Have you played pro on this PC before?

Does the game not load up at all, as in cannot access the log in screen?

Does it go onto the log in screen but will not let you log in, if so can you tell me what it says when you try to log in?

Have you tried running the game with your firewall disabled?

Have you tried running the game in compatibility mode?
