These two pokemon have really good iv's, unfortunately dratini needs its hidden ability and also an adamant/jolly nature. Having neutral natures, like serious, is always bad.

As for the abra, this needs timid, which is a +speed, -attack. Adamant is bad on abra because it's a special sweeper. It also prefers it's h.a (Magic guard) to be used in pvp. It has sync though which is nice for syncing other pokemon.

So in my opinion, it is not worth training. Sorry
