However your Clefable can learn the Clafairy moves. At the rear room of the day care buildings is a pre-evo tutor. For 10k per move he can teach moves to Pokemon that their previous forms learn. You need to have the day care building unlocked which can be done by battling and beating Naero boss. You only need to beat him once to unlock it so if you've done it previously you're all set. If you are in a guild I'd suggest asking a guild mate who has unlocked day care to take the Clefable to do it for you or someone else you know and trust. If you are not in one then there are quite a few helpful guilds out there. Another option is to ask on in game chat if there's anyone willing to do it for you but there are risks involved with doing it this way as well as most likely having to pay someone for the service.
