Last year I moved to SIlver Server after playing at Blue Server (Doing that thing at Dashboard, I think) After that, I could play with no problems. But now I have tried to login and I can't get into the game, it just says that my password is wrong. Nevertheless, is right, that's how I'm posting this thread hahaha. In addition, I have changed the password twice just in case that was the problem, but it seems that that's not the issue. Anyone can help me with this? Thank you! However, it says that i'm at the place 150th at the queue and it takes so long. So much that I haven't played yet haha. I don't know if this is normal because I haven't played in a long time. Kind regards, Livana. Sorry for bothering one more time, but I don't receive the e-mail when I request to change the password. I did receive them yesterday, when I changed my password twice. But now I'm trying and I don't get the e-mail. Please, Remember to check the junk mail and make sure when you are entering the email that it is spelled correctly. Also, take note that the email could take up to 30 minutes to be received, You can also try using a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome. If you should not receive the email yet, could you please try to repeat the same procedure from your smartphone please. Could you please try to search "pro team" in your email search bar and check if anything appears? Let me know if any of the above helps your situation. Don't worry, thanks for your help! None of this options worked for me, I've tried to change the password from that link with Chrome, Edge, Firefox and my smartphone too. I've searched at junk, spam mail and email search bar as well. The thing is that I could change the password 2 days ago, I did received the email.
