So when I did the quest to catch Manaphy, I couldn't catch it because I had 900 pokes in my pc..

So I had to kill it, so I wanted to battle Nikola to get it back but he says "Fighting me now will have no use to you"

 

Is there a way to get my Manaphy back?

Now you would be available to fight Nikola to get manaphy. If you where in Unkown Place please leave the area go back to the cave and try to fight him now. I will be waitting your response.

So I defeated the boss and he said he resumoned it, So I went to the place I tried to catch manaphy and they won't let me pass.

I tried the black ship in lilycove 3 guys are blocking the way.

So I tried the eumi temple and no manaphy here aswell.
