The same thing happened to me. I waited for several hours but the NPC only repeated the same words without giving me the ticket. My contribution has reached 0.53 percent.

Same thing happened to me too, and to many other players. I know of at least one who took a screenshot of his contribution. As per the latest post in the discord’s #announcements channel, it will be looked into by the appropriate staff member in due course. Last time the world quest had an error something was done to fix it as best possible. After the quest, players who had participated and those who had not had different behaviors, so the information is stored somehow. I’m sure staff will be able to do something.

It happened to everyone because the server crashed and they shut it down. As always no eta on any information meaning we probably wasted out time once again.
