Download/Startup Issue

Featured Replies

I can't get my PRO application to fully startup. I have deleted all the files and redownloaded it a couple times now (Windows 10, using the 64bit download), but each time I have, when I startup the application, it only semi-starts. The icon for it will appear on my taskbar at the bottom of the screen, but nothing actually shows up on my screen (just desktop is still visible), and I am unable to click on anything on my desktop, as if the application is indeed open, just invisible and unresponsive. I even tried letting it sit for nearly 10 minutes to see if it was just loading, but there was no change when I did this.

Does the issue still occur? Could you please check if you have the latest .NET Framework and driver installed to your PC?

My PC is now fully updated (at least according to Windows when I checked for updates), and I am not sure what other updates I might need. The same issue is occurring
