I am sorry for the inconvenience.

 

In our tools I see that you have only beaten 4 out of the 6 npc's. You still have to battle Oswald in Olivine city.

Could you please go to Olivine and see if this works (eventhough maybe you battled him already)? If it works afterwards you can challenge Hannah.

 

Please let me know if it works, if notI will try to solve this issue differently.

serve was reset so it's mean i didnt beat oswald
