To All Concerned,

 

Due to some difficulties revolving this matter the case needs to be further investigated. The results of which will be announced here. Until the results are announced Whatdesu is asked not to trade the pokemon, Hennenen is asked to not spend the money they earned from the sale, and annajat12 is asked to keep the money on hand that they bid. Thank you each for your patience in this matter. Until the matter is solved I will be locking the thread so there are no off topic comment on the thread to affect the investigation.

After finishing the investigation the following has been decided: Annajat12 has become the owner of the S Xatu. The prior trade is void.

 

This is due to the following rule being enforced : "14. If a Pokemon was sold unfairly to any user other than the original winner it will be forcefully moved to the rightful owner of the auction, whatsoever."
