I would like to inform you that the request of changing your name got declined; simply because you don't fulfill the requirements for a name change (no clean infraction history from August 1st).

 

We can't make an exception, because if we do that everyone will ask us for it, eventhough they don't meet the requirements.

I hope you understand the decision.

 

I would like to tell you that we plan on doing more of these name change opportunities in the future, I hope you can participate in the next one.
