sorry but I talked to the doctor in the kitchen (he gives me nothing, I already have 3, normal) pokémon not present. I spoke to the guard and then to the doctor with cadabra, pokémon not present. Would it be possible to remove the guard and give me the potion to close this bug?

Maybe you have lose a step, so i will relate you what you have to do to complete the SS Anne.

1. Talk to the guard to he tell us the captain can not recive visits.
   
2. Go to the floor 3 and defeat Jackson.
   
3. Go to the Kitchen and talk with this npc:
   
    
   
4. After this, this npc will say us to talk to the pharmaceutic, the npc you was saying before.
   
5. The pharmaceutic will say us to find his blissey, she is in the ballroom of the ss anne ( 3rd floor )
   
6. After talk to blissey she will give us the potion, and we will have to go back to talk the guard and he will let us pass to see the captain.
   

And after do all of those steps the quest of the SS Anne will be done, and the captain will give us the HM Cut.

hello, I followed your instructions and still no pokémon in the main room.

I've checked ALL your variable regarding the SS Anne quest, and they seems fine.

Can you send a screen shot of what is making you stuck in the quest please?

What gets me into this is the appearance of the pokemon in the ballroom giving me the missing potion, having spoken to the doctor cooking, the guard, the doctor next to abrra and having 3 pecha berry.

 

ce qui me coinse dans la quete c'est l'apparition du pokemon dans la salle de balle me donnant la potion qui manque, en ayant parler au medecin cuisine, au garde, au medecin a cote d'abrra et avoir 3 pecha berry.

je suis encore dans l'attente du déblocage de mon personnage. je vous encourage a prendre pocetion de mon compte pour réaliser la quete SS ANNE sur le bateau et obtenir la SS CUT.

pour ma part dans tous les cas de figure le pokémon dans la grande salle n'apparait jamais.

merci de vous penchez sur ce problème, que je considère comme un bug.

As we already said, you need to provide SCREEN SHOTS of your problem.

As I already said, I checked ALL your variable concerning the SS Anne quest, and there are no problems.
