Hello! So im a bit confused becuse ive been away for a year and trying to login. So i understand that i need to merge my main acc to silver server doe i did that and I cant login. And then i tried to login to that dashboard again and and see if my acc got merged and then it said that ive merge an acc that only had 24hours of play time. And im pretty sure that i had over 500 hours of game time on my blue account. So i need awnser if thats some kind of bug or what went wrong?

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

 

I have checked our tools and can see that you have (594 hours) on Silver and (22 hours) on Gold.

Could you please change your password via the link below making sure the password is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9).

PASSWORD RESET.
