I used a Rare Candy to get my Anorith from level 97 to 98, but after i did so it didn't give me the option to evolve the pokemon, could i get some help?

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Could you try the following:

- Close your client and re-start it

- Remove all items from your Anorith

- Let it faint in battle

- Heal it at a Pokemon Center

- Level it up
