The voucher by mouse over says: The bike voucher can be redeemed at the bike shop in cerulean city for a free bike. My question: Is there a free bike to get or is it 60k? i have talked to all nearby npc and none offer to take the voucher for a free bike. The bike isn't free, you use the voucher in the bike shop so you can buy the bike for 60k pokedollars. It used to be that you give 75k instead of a ditto to the kid who gives you the voucher and then you got the bike for free from the bike shop. The quest changed a while ago and I'm guessing someone forgot to change the voucher information. I will pass this on to the content team to change.
