Hi Hayme, like Alixx7 said we do have a deleveling service on the link he provided but we will only delevel a pokemon so that it can be evolved. With regards to de-evolving a pokemon I'm sorry but that is not something we can do, we cannot turn a pokemon back to its pre-evolved form, I wish we could, I have a dusknoir that makes a better dusclops that I accidentially evolved and can't turn back.
