hello ! i contact you because my eevee lvl 98 with full happiness doesn't want evole to espeon. When i kill a wild pokemon the evolution windows doesn't pop.

I'm sorry for this very late reply.

Please try to fight any Pokémon on a location which is not Love Island. Also, double check if you really have full happiness with the command /happy
