rare candys lost and other services

I have a problem, today I connected, I bought a pokemon, it was missing 5 levels for 100.

I wanted to give him rc and bumm!

I see that my rare candys disappeared, I don't know the exact amount I had. but they were around 70-75.

I would like to know what happened to them please, if it is some kind of bug or error.

I also want to change my account password for security reasons becose since only 1 person besides me have access to my account, a friend of a guild who helped me do the subway mission.

I tried to change him but the email I put him I don't remember, That's why I would also like my account to be synchronized to my main email

I would appreciate your help with all that, especially the rare candys lost.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to assure as first that none of your item has been lost. When you start the Heatran Quest, all your Master Ball and Rare Candies gets taken from NPC Buck.

In order to get them back, you have to finish the Heatran Quest. In specific, you will be able to get back your rare candies and master ball, by talking with buck, only after you will have defeated the Heatran level 99.

If you are interested, the amount of item taken is x68 Rare Candies and x3 Master Ball.

 

Unfortunately we cannot move those items back to you as the quest is intended to work like that, i hope you can understand.

Regarding the email, you are able to check the email associated to your account by logging in the DASHBOARD

I don't understand, it turns out that when I did the heatran mission the game got stuck.

I defeated the heatran lvl 99 and after winning it he returned to fight with the heatran lvl 30. without being able to go to the pokecenter to search for my sync. also my masterball on that occasion had disappeared so I could not catch him.

Could you give me more details of what happened.

Do I still have a chance to catch heatran without having to beat the boss?
