Actually ; Shaymin is like Darkrai ; they are "Event-Legendary" ; you can't catch them.

 

Maybe they will change that in the future.

This is the case only if you failed to catch it DURING the Easter Event.

 

Example : if there was a crash server DURING the fight.

 

But you can't have OLD Event Legendary with Nikolas Boss ; sorry for you
