Hey Limit, you can take a look the "Evolution & Deleveling request thread". However it is fully evolved. So I don't know if they'll be able to reverse it for you.

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

But, it would be hard for us to return it back as chansey form.

 

We only offer to help players trade evolve or delevel a pokemon to make the pokemon reach it's final evolution.

Making a pokemon back to a previous state is impossible and we don't offer these kinds of support.;

If the pokemon is evolved once there is no turning back.
