Coolboi123 Posted September 5, 2019 Share Posted September 5, 2019 so i have made a secondary account and now i wanted to check on my other account (the one im having trouble with) so basically i started over and everything was reset but my pokemon where still in my possession... so it says i have no badges or nothing but i have my pokemon.. Hi Coolboi123, I can see on the staff tools that you have your pokemon as well as 45 hours in game and a range of items yet haven't even gone passed Viridian city. As this is on silver server and the last time you played was on red server I believe it was a case of you selecting the wrong server as your main when merging red and blue server. If you had selected red server as your main you would have ended up continuing from where you were in the story on red server, whereas if you had selected blue you would have started at the beginning before you even received your starter from professor Oak. We can do two things: 1 - I can unmerge the accounts for you and you can merge them again and select red as your main server in order to continue from where you previously were. However you will lose all progress you've made on silver server so far, we can only do this if you have not done any trades on silver server (you will have not been able to anyway as you do not have 4th gym badge). 2- We leave it how it is and you play the story from where you are.
