On his screen appeared the message that the pokemon returned and his box has no "Politoed."

 

And my Box he is not, even with the message that the pokemon had returned.

I am having the same issue, i loaned a politoed to a buddy and i saw the return message but didnt think to check it till now and it is missing. Sorry to bandwagon on your post op. I didnt think to take screenshots assumed it was fixed.

I lended Sylveon, Espeon, Glaceon and Leafeon yesterday, now they are gone.

It was a confirm bug , i also lost 3 super epic. However it will be recovered soon by manuually as admins said . Dont worry and wait.

Until this problem is resolved, can I keep playing and buy pokemon ?

i have same problem bro, my klefki and clefable never cameback after lend, my friend PROMint send back, but not back in my pc

I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that there was indeed an error within the lending trade and that was not making the pokemon come back to their owners. However, we are working on tracking back all the pokemon's owners to give them back to their owners.

The work might take a bit considering we have an high amount of players, so please be patient, however i can guarantee you that we are working on it.

I will personally inform you as soon as your Pokémon will come back.
