Hi DevilGod, you can. As long as you have the requirement to trade (4th kanto gym badge) and you do not have a trade ban you can trade whatever pokemon you want between your accounts.

Please do not contact staff for private support, post your question in the appropirate subforum as others may have the same problem and could benfit from the answer as well.
