Hey all!

 

I tried to register and when checking my email I did not receive the needed confirmation mail so I could start playing the game. Even tried on another email adress and still nothing. I did already check my junk mail folder and such ;)

Any ideas where the problem could be?

Didn't wanna make a new thread so I thought I'd try here first.

I tried making an account with a name I really want to use, the mail I used is from hotmail.

I've waited for a few hours to get the confirmation mail, but no luck.

Is there a chance you can solve this?

Try with Gmail it should work

I know that Gmail works.

But now since I tried with hotmail first,

I can't get the name I wanted 'cause it says it is already taken.

try to register another account with gmail. also check the spam folder.

Hi same problem here, I've been told that you can create 2 character on the same mail, I tried but I didn't receive the confirmation mail.

 

By the way I use outlook

Try with Gmail it's better

Hotmail and outlook will hopefully work by tomorrow.
