I was fighting with the guardian boss and buff my clefable when I went to use berry my game fell.

I'm sorry that you had disconnected from your boss. With the use of Python, certain bosses are now able to detect when a server crashes in the middle of a boss fight. When this occurs, the bosses cooldown will be reset, and able to be fought again.

 

Unfortunately, they will not reset when you disconnect, from the server, whether it is through your client crashing, or a drop in connection. As you were disconnected, and the server did not crash, your cooldown will not be reset. This is due to the possibility that the cooldown reset can be abused to have multiple attempts at a boss, and it would be unfair to other players whose cooldowns were not reset for disconnections.
