Eltrion Posted October 21, 2019 Author Share Posted October 21, 2019 Can you please try to proceed whats written below following the steps and tell me if your problems have been solved? 1. Disable the anti-virus program temporarily 2. Delete all the past PRO clients and folders including the temporary files and the trashbin 3. Add the folder where you want to download the client as an exception into your antivirus (e.g if you download files in the downloads folder, put the downloads folder in the exceptions of the mcafee antivirus) 4. Download back the game into that folder that you have put in the exceptions 5. Try to run the game while having the anti-virus disabled I'll be waiting for your reply. I didn't do anything with my computer.So I don't know why it can't open before today's version update.
