I used two iv reroll on mew but it doesn't change but i got iv changes in Pokemon caught preview and already reported but i didn't got any reply

If you use a reroll ticket, a window will pop up and ask you if you want to keep the newly rolles IVs.

If you press yes you get the newly rolled IVs, if you press no you keep your current IVs.

This option got added a few weeks ago.
