Hello admin/mod, I need help to recover my game client password. Since forum and game client didn't use the same password. I can't login to my acc ingame. Thus, I tried to reset the password through PRO homepage. The link has been sent to my email. The problem is, when I put the password and try to proceed, I got error message saying that the "Token Expired". Because of that, the reset password failed.

Tried both suggestion. But it seems like the trouble still same. I'm tired to try anymore. Admin can just close this topic. Anyway thanks for the helps.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced.

Could you please try to delete all the current received email of PRO, download another browser and try to reset the password through the use of that?
